First, a bit about KX Pilates.
A global pioneer in the Pilates space, KX Pilates is a boutique fitness studio chain that specializes in dynamic reformer Pilates classes.

Why did KX Pilates choose Hapana?
As KX continued to expand they were starting to find their legacy software ran on outdated technology which made it slow and complicated.
This software was also built for different types of businesses and industries, meaning the features needed for pilates studios just weren't available. On top of this, there were significant transaction fees which were a lot for their Franchise Partners.

How KX Pilates migrated 52 studios to Hapana in just 42 days.
Out with the old and in with the new. In 2018, KX migrated their 52 studios over to Hapana in just 42 days, officially launching the KX Booking System (KXS). KX were able to white-label Hapana’s software and customize many of the features to reflect their brand, values and plans for expansion.
Many franchisees owned multiple locations with the franchise so all teams worked together to make sure that everyone, including members, were unaffected by the migration.
