First, a bit about Body Fit Training.
BFT was founded in 2017 and has grown from a small boutique studio operation in Melbourne to a business that has over 300 franchises sold across four countries: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the US.
They’re boutique in terms of the focus that they have: both strength and cardio. They like to see themselves as a real blend of all things that make boutique training work.
Why did BFT choose Hapana?
“The main things were who can grow with us to achieve what we wanted in a short amount of time? We were a rapidly moving business and we wanted to move really quickly,” Richard shared.
“It’s been a transparent, open-door policy to make sure we both understand where we’re going. Whether it be through technical support or the level of understanding of how franchisees work, Hapana has been there to help us.”
A big factor was the relationship and support they got throughout the whole process. Support was right up there with functionality. Just because they were migrating platforms didn’t mean they were going to close up shop. Migrating is always going to come with hurdles and hiccups but Hapana guides that process.
