What you need to know

Keeping each other in the loop is key to a successful migration. We’ll give you visibility so you feel comfortable throughout the process.

How long will it take?

Our migrations take less than 90 days with minimal downtime. Keep in mind that timing will depend on a few things, like which platform you are migrating from and how quickly implementations are made by your business. We’ll share goals and timelines with you in advance, plus you’ll be kept up to date in a personalized project management board.

Will I need to do a lot of work?

Migration of your gym SaaS will be a partnership. While we will guide you, provide training and templates, and help with configuration, your involvement will be important to keep the project moving. Each step will be on a project management board, so you’ll know what to expect.

What should I tell my members?

Tell them that something exciting is coming because their gym community is about to get a lot more engaging. We’ll provide you with email templates, timings, and best practice tips – all wrapped in a bow.

How will this impact my staff?

While moving to a new software can feel awkward at first, it will soon feel like second nature. We’ll provide in-person training for Hapana ambassadors in your team, as well as webinars and Q&A sessions. Your staff will then feel empowered and able to do their jobs more efficiently than before.

Can I keep my historical data?

Yes, depending on which software you are migrating from, you’ll be able to lift and shift your data and client base.

Will I get to use the member app?

Yes, you’ll be able to launch a custom-branded mobile app packed with powerful features that your members will love. To use our branded app, you need to be a registered business (if you’re a sole proprietor then it’s not for you). You’ll also need to enrol in the Apple Developer Program.

What if I am not very good at tech?

No problem! We will be with you at every step, and take the time to train you so you feel comfortable. Plus, you’ll still have access to an Account Management team to support you once migration is completed. 

What if I want to open up more locations or franchises?
