Vive Active rebrands to VAURA following acquisition by F45
Sydney, Australia – F45, a global leader in high-intensity interval training, has announced the acquisition of Vive Active, a renowned fitness studio brand. As part of this acquisition, Vive will rebrand to VAURA and will maintain their longtime partnership with software provider Hapana.
“VAURA brings an electrifying energy to athletic reformer Pilates,” said Tom Dowd, CEO of F45 Training.

As part of the rebranding process, F45 had suggested that Vive change their software. However, Vive APAC fought to keep Hapana as their tech partner because of Hapana's crucial role in their expansion. Now, as VAURA, they will continue to use Hapana for the same reason as their rebranding: to support their strategic vision for expanding VAURA’s presence internationally.
